Mornings are when I am my most happy, productive, creative self. BUT, I definitely DON’T consider myself a “morning person”. My body has never wanted to wake up early. But, after years of needing to balance competing priorities, like University and a part-time job, and then running a business while home with twins, I’ve learned some tips and tricks that have helped me wake up at 5 am consistently, and now 4 am, so that I can fit it time to do, well, all the things I want, and need, to do.
It took YEARS and trying a million different systems before I could even come close to “jumping out of bed” in the morning. And now, I wouldn’t say I jump, but I am definitely excited to get up and get started on my day, every single day.⠀⠀
